Avis Rental Certificates are the perfect gift of choice for the business or leisure traveler. Avis provides a wide range of services at more than 2,200 locations in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the Latin American/Caribbean region. Here's what you need to know to make using your certificate a breeze:

• Reserve your vehicle online at www.avis.com or by calling 1-800-633-3469 (you don't need – and can't use – your certificate to make a reservation);
• Present the actual certificate(s) to an agent where you pick up and pay for your vehicle;
• Certificates are not applicable to prepaid reservations;
• Each certificate has an Avis customer service number printed on it should you have any additional questions.

You can use as many certificates as needed to cover your rental expenses. Any unused value of the certificate is non-refundable. Upon receipt, be sure to check your certificate(s) for additional terms and conditions not listed here.

Once you receive your certificates or gift cards, you may contact the provider directly to make reservations, verify terms and conditions and redeem for their services.

Certificates/Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the provider, which in most cases appear on the Certificate or Gift Card. Please immediately read the front and back of your Certificate/Gift Card for terms and conditions; and expiration date, if applicable.

Dining Certificates/Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used to cover gratuities. Dining Certificates/Gift Cards are completely transferable.

Certificates/Gift Cards are not returnable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash, credit or previously purchased items under any circumstances. All handling and shipping fees are non-refundable. Prices, suppliers, handling fee and shipping charges are subject to change without notice. Providers are solely responsible for the fulfillment of services. Rewards Program Administrator has no further obligation once the Certificate/Gift Card is issued.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Rewards Program Administrator specifically disclaims any liability (whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise) for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with access to or use of the website (even if Rewards Program Administrator has been advised of the possibility of such damages) including liability associated with any viruses which may infect a user's computer equipment. Rewards Program Administrator does not maintain any control over the manufacturers of awards merchandise, the issuers of gift cards or over the personnel, equipment or operations of any air, water or surface carrier, ship line, transportation company, hotel, restaurant, tour company, or other person or entity providing travel services, general services, gift cards, products or accommodations as an award, because all suppliers offering products and/or services through the rewards program are independent contractors. Accordingly, Rewards Program Administrator does not make any guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to products, services or merchandise, nor does Rewards Program Administrator accept any liability for any loss, expense, damage or injury incurred as a result of any defect in or failure of such items. REWARDS PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Rewards Program Administrator shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be caused or contributed to: (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any supplier of a reward offering; (2) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service, product, or accommodation which is owned, operated, furnished, sold or otherwise used by any such supplier; (3) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not under our direct control; (4) the bankruptcy of any air or other travel carrier or any retailer issuing gift cards; and/or (5) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond our direct control. In no event will Rewards Program Administrator be liable for any punitive, special, indirect, or consequential damages.

Avis® Terms and Conditions

Avis services will be based upon the regular Avis rates in effect at the time and location where you present the rental certificate. Renter must meet Avis age, driver and credit requirements.

Present your certificate(s) to the agent at the location where you pick up and pay for your rental. Other terms and conditions may apply. Please read the certificate upon receipt. Avis Flat Dollar Certificates ($25, $50 or $100) are a global product available at participating locations worldwide.

Multiple certificates may be used at one time. THIS CERTIFICATE IS NON-REFUNDABLE, AND ANY UNUSED VALUE OF THE CERTIFICATE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. CANNOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH AND ONLY ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE WILL BE ACCEPTED.
